Hi there, and welcome.

If this is your first time here, it’s natural to be a bit confused how to get started.

Fundamentally what we’re exploring are the connections and continuity of body, mind, and environment - and what that means for us as individuals and as a species. We look at the conditions that allow us to fully engage in the world around us, as well as the constraints that get in our way.

I’ve put together a bunch of free resources to help you get going. What I find is that most folks who end up here have some challenge in one — or more — of the following areas...

 

1. Movement

You want a sense of ease, grounding, and control within your body.

Patterns of scarcity and sufficiency play out in your body too, and unlocking them at the physical level can lead to profound shifts in your financial well-being. The Body + Money Map is a guide that walks you through simple practices to help you resolve the internal blocks that keep you from a feeling of ease with money.
