Hi there, and welcome.

If this is your first time here, it’s natural to be a bit confused how to get started.

Fundamentally what we’re exploring are the connections and continuity of body, mind, and environment - and what they mean for us as individuals and as a species.

We look at the conditions that allow us to fully engage in the world around us, as well as the constraints that keep us in check. Along the way we cultivate more of the former and less of the latter ; )

I’ve put together a bunch of free resources to help you get started. What I find is that most folks who end up here have some challenge in one — or more — of the following areas...

 

1. Movement

You want a sense of ease, grounding, and control within your body.

When you can’t move as well as you’d like, it affects everything else in your life. Reclaiming your physicality starts from the ground up. I’ve created a guide called Embracing Possibility to show you a clearer picture of what’s holding you back and how you can take bold steps forward.
