Hi there, I'm Chandler Stevens.

I'm here to help you reclaim your movement and reshape your life through creative coaching in mobility and mindset.  When people ask what I do, I have a hard time giving a clear answer, but I know that we make magic at the intersection of movement, conversation, and awareness.

See, if we want to "unbox" ourselves and expand what we're capable of, we need awareness of our limits and the courage to lean into them.

I'm here to guide you along the way.

I'm driven by curiosity around a few central themes:

Movement for its own sake

We're built to move.  It's how we connect to the people and places around us.  Movement is the body's original language, and it has a way of cutting through the crap.  The way we move speaks volumes, and I've found that reclaiming our natural ability to move helps us live more vibrantly.

Somatic education

You're more than a bag of meat and bones.  Yet too many movement modalities treat the body as little more than that.  Somatic education is a lens that helps us view the body in its wholeness.  We move past the split of mind and body take the entirety of you into the experience.

Creativity and connection

Each of us is born creative.  And this goes way beyond arts and crafts.  At the root of it our creative ability is our ability to make an impact on the world around us.  To move and be moved.  It's a sign of a healthy human organism, but too many of us have let that spark fade.  Together we'll rekindle it to help you find clarity in what you bring to the world.

Deep ecology and systems

None of us lives in a vacuum, and context is everything.  We shape the world around us and are shaped by it in turn.  Ecology is simply the study of those connections.  Your habitat shapes the way you move, just as the people in your life shape your behaviors.  Bringing awareness and intention to those relationships lets us play a whole new game.

Story, exploration, and expression

At the root of all of this is the idea of agency, ownership over who--and how--you are.  For better or worse, it's on you.  Your body, your movement, and your life reflect all of the choices you've made thus far.  If you don't love where they are now, it's time to choose something different.  Intimidating?  Definitely.  Empowering?  Hell yes.

That's exactly what I share with my students today.

Through one-on-one coaching and experiential learning I'm here to help you radically reconnect to your body and the world around you.  We're going to expand what you're capable of.
