I've been there myself.  And I found a way forward.  I'm here to tell you: it doesn't have to stay this way.

Meet Your Coach

Hi there, I'm Chandler Stevens, and I help people who are passionate about movement reconnect with their bodies so they can move freely and live fully.  Through creative coaching in movement and mindset, I'm here to help you bridge the gap between who you are and who you want to be.  

I work with coaches, teachers, artists and entrepreneurs from around the world.

We make magic at the intersection of movement, conversation, and awareness.

Together we tackle the limitations that hold them back through the practice of Ecosomatics.  I've seen people do incredible things: re-learn how to walk, start a health village, tackle "impossible" movements like handstands and muscle-ups, create their dream job out of thin air, and more. 

What I've come to realize is that your body is your most powerful resource.  

It's your first--and truest--home.  It's how you make your way through the world and connect to those around you.  And finding a deeper connection to your body opens the doors to a deeper knowledge of your self.

The truth is: coaching doesn't lend itself well to cookie-cutter descriptions.  It's an ongoing relationship and a dynamic process, not a series of boxes to check.  When we work together, we'll create an experience entirely unique to you, but these are the common themes:

You don't live in a vacuum.  When we work together, we'll take a look at the big picture context that led you to this point, including:

  • Your joint function, movement quality, and body awareness
  • Your habits, routines, and relationships
  • Your personal vision and aspirations
  • Where and how you spend your time and attention

This is how we get clear on how you can stop holding yourself back and start moving in the direction you want to be going.

A movement practice To Unlock Your Body.

Your body is an ongoing process, and it's endlessly adaptive.  When we give it the right demands in the right doses, it's capable of extraordinary change.  With an emphasis on body awareness, expanding mobility, and natural movement you'll find new possibilities for fluid movement.  

And as you reclaim your movement, you'll find that it changes how you make your way through the world.  As one student put it: "It feels like I finally grew a backbone, and I can literally stand my ground!
